Gerome Feat Pamela Baz - Miracle (Guy Alexander Progressive Mix) featured on Radio One 105.5, Lebanon.

With the awesome success of Gerome feat Pamela Baz - Miracle (Guy Alexander Progressive Mix) climbing to the number 11 then number 6 position in the top 100 Progressive downloads after entering at number 68 on the Armada download site last month. Guy Alexander quoted: "Its absolutely amazing that its still climbing the download, thank you so much if you have bought a copy. I really appreciate the support!"

This sparked off an amazing start to the careers of Gerome Mouwad, Pamela Baz and Guy Alexander not to mention the other remixers involved James Dymond, Liquid Vision and Old Fix.

This week saw Pamela Baz's first interview on Radio One 105.5, Lebanon's Number One radio station and airing of the (Guy Alexander Progressive Mix) to the Lebanese airwaves.

Radio One, Lebanon, was established in 1983 by Raymond Gaspar and rapidly became, and continues to be, the leading foreign radio station. With English Music programming as its main feature, Radio One provides the very best radio entertainment in the Lebanon.The only station in the Lebanon that has successfully developed other services in the field of media and entertainment.

There will be more news to come about this release and we are looking to launch a phase 2 of remixes.

Guy Alexander - 'Ava' news and DJ Support

Hi everyone,

Hope all is well and everyone enjoyed the last of the summer sun last week. Winter is upon us but what better way to warm the heart with some news of support for our latest release.

Following on from the recent Armada / Audio Jelly download chart success of his first ever remix for the Gerome Feat Pamela Baz - Miracle reaching No.6 Position in the Progressive Download charts, Guy Alexander brings us his first ever production titled 'Ava'. Written in Uplifting Trance Style and inspired by the birth of his daughter also named 'Ava'. This release is available from Audio Jelly / Armada Downloads from the 27th October 2011.

Some fantastic support has come in for this release, namely from branded names such as Paul van Dyk, Manuel le Saux, Suzy Solar, Eddie Sender, Ex Driver and Paul Oakenfold who supported the Rhodium Remix on his Planet Perfecto Radio Show Episode 46. Digital Insomnia helps boost Artist career and signs to Armada

Digital Insomnia Recordings are proud of this young producer and to have helped him climb so high in such a short period. For myself being a music teacher for a number of years and also running the label single handedly for many years this is a great thing to see. Although I have not had any part in James Dymond's music tutoring, it is still a great honour to have helped him by utilising his skills as a remixer for projects within our label.

I am personally proud to have had a major part and impact on this young producers career in such a short space of time.

The idea for Digital Insomnia Groove was conceived early in 2011 as a label within the Digital Insomnia Recordings family. As a sister label to Divine Groove (Digital Insomnia Recordings' House Label), Digital Insomnia Groove arose out of the demand from artists and producers for a platform to release music which found itself at the cross over between Progressive House and Progressive Trance

DIR022D - Nino Kattan - Love of Beirut - Exclusive Release

In summer mood Digital Insomnia Recordings presents something completely different in a new release by the accomplished tech-trance producer Nino Kattan. Love of Beirut is a tech-trance track with a distinctive Middle Eastern feel to it which will echo around the shores of the Mediterranean and the Arabian Sea this summer. It is released in three versions with a remix by Turkish producer Ancient Mind.

Love Of Beirut (Original Mix) combines Nino's distinctive techy vibes with a haunting vocal theme which will linger in your memory long after the track has finished.

Love Of Beirut (Progressive Mix) has a more progressive style which uses new sounds, rhythms and progressions.

All I Have Is Love (Original Mix) retains the punchy dark feel of the Original but has new lyrics and retains it's dramatic Middle Eastern feel.

Lastly the Ancient Mind Remix has taken the tech trance track and has produced a new mix with a classic trance atmosphere to it, containing rich textures and orchestral elements to heighten the pathos of the lyric.

In December 2010 Digital Insomnia Recordings ended the year with a Taleamus release named Closed Gates. This time he is back with Sunrise In Belgrade. A full on uplifting trance anthem with traditional rolling beats and bassline. A must for the classic Trance fans out there.



Taleamus describes his inspiration for this release:

'Sunrise In Belgrade' in its own way reflects sadness. On the other hand the track is also very energetic. This is how you may feel when you watch a rising sun, leaving a hard night behind and the dawn of a new day, full of hope and fresh energy coming.

The release is supported with some well produced remixes from Running Man, James Dymond & Duncan Macpherson.

Running Man provides a darker side to his productions in this remix, with tech based beats building, leading to a classic breakbeat feel for the breakdown.

Digital Insomnia Recordings present Cialin Templeton aka Function C & Keelin Temple. A producer/dj from Sligo, Ireland, who started producing music in augest 2008.

Since then he has tracks on various other labels Defcon Recordings, Boshed Recordings and Dirt, Lies & Audio Recordings. Making an impact with his fresh sound and take on a music he has so much passion for.



Northern Lights is a fast paced Uplifting Trance track with pounding beats, rolling bassline's with many melodic and euphoric moments, large breakdown that will carry you in to Trance Heaven. Another big sound from Function C to drop in your CD wallet.
